If the color of your car is flaking, the switch came out when you put on it, the car makes “funny sounds” but or else drives just fine, or you establish ten things you don’t like in brand new car but none of them stop you from driving your car so you don’t have a Lemon.

If the brake is not working properly, the car is not going to reverse gear, the sew thing won’t get start on cold mornings, the back door opens all by itself, the driver’s seat trembles, then yes, you may have a Lemon.

In most of the States, 10 dissimilar defects during the warranty period do not make the car as a Lemon. But, in some States, a single fault that may makes your car a Lemon if the car dealer/company cannot fix the problem within an attempt.

You might have a Lemon, but if you don’t do anything to defend your consumer rights, for instance documenting your maintenance report and permitting the Manufacturer an option to fix the problem, you may lose all rights under the State Warranty Acts.

Do I need an attorney?
